Directory and team

Directory​

The Directory lists the people and extensions of your company. Search by name or number, then call from the list. Your administrator controls who can see the directory; if you cannot open it, it is turned off for your role.

Team​

The Team page shows your colleagues with their live presence: whether they are on a call, away, or in do-not-disturb. From the page you can:

  • call a colleague, or open the colleague's status;
  • see the office-hours state of the company (open, closed, on break or on holiday). If your role allows it, you can set the office-hours override from here.

If a colleague's status looks wrong, ask them to change it in their status menu.
