User guide
This guide is for the people who use the phone: making and taking calls, voicemail, forwarding and statuses, and moving calls between colleagues. It describes the web client and the browser phone, which are on the main branch today.
:::info Status The web client is the part that is ready. The mobile and desktop softphone apps are built from source in the repository, but they are not yet published for download. Pages on this site say so where it matters. :::

Signing in
Open your company's web address and sign in with your e-mail and password. If your company turned on two-factor sign-in, you then enter a code from your authenticator app. Your administrator sends you an invitation e-mail the first time. The link works once; choose your password when you open it. Nobody can send you your password by e-mail.
Five failed sign-ins lock the account for 15 minutes. If you are locked out, wait, or ask your administrator to reset your password.
Account security (in the menu) shows your two-factor setup and your devices.
History and recordings
- History lists your calls with the time, the other party, the direction and the duration.
- Recordings lists the calls that your company records, when you may hear them. Your administrator sets the rules.
SMS
If your company has SMS numbers, the SMS page shows the conversations for those numbers. Your administrator decides which numbers you can use.
Contacts
A personal contacts list is not available yet. It is planned for a later release, together with the import from Microsoft 365 and Google. Use the Directory for colleagues in the meantime.
Getting help
Your administrator can look up any call, voicemail or configuration problem in the admin console. Error messages in the web client include a short code (for example MPBX-AUTH-INVALID-CREDENTIALS). Give that code to your administrator; it is listed in error codes.
