Conference error codes (mpbx-b2bua)
Returned by B2bua::conference (merge two calls into an ad-hoc 3-way conference) and
B2bua::split (W3-TEL-02, TEL-XFER-006), and by their REST routes for the signed-in user,
POST /api/v1/calls/{id}/conference and .../split (MVP-GAP-04, calls.md for the
MPBX-CALL-* codes of the same routes). Messages never contain numbers, names or SIP
identifiers. Guide: DTMF, ad-hoc conference and fax.

Returned by the conference room configuration (/api/v1/conference-rooms, mpbx-conference).
