Voicemail, dial codes and prompts
Voicemail defaults

Defaults applied to new mailboxes.
Under Admin, Voicemail defaults: whether every new user extension gets a mailbox automatically (off by default), the e-mail mode, retention (1 to 3650 days, 90 by default) and message limit (up to 1000, 100 by default). Changing these never changes mailboxes that already exist.
A mailbox that holds messages or greetings cannot be deleted together with its extension until you delete the mailbox. Shared mailboxes give a team (for example a queue) one mailbox that several people can listen to and claim messages from. Users set their own PIN; an administrator can reset it.
Dial codes and parking

Park, pickup, do not disturb and office hours codes.
Under Admin, Dial codes. After the feature-code prefix (* by default) a user dials:
| Code | Default | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Park | *00 to *09 | Transfer the call to a parking orbit. |
| Unpark | *10 to *19 | Take the oldest call parked at the orbit. |
| Directed pickup | *20*<extension> | Take the call ringing that extension. |
| Intercom | *9<extension> | A call that the other phone answers by itself. |
| Do not disturb | *61 on, *60 off | For your own extension. |
| Office hours override | *35 open, *36 closed, *37 break, *38 clear | Force the hours that serve you. |
| Call pull | *85 | Move your answered call from another device to this one. |
Every code can be changed, and "Restore defaults" brings the table back. A code may not begin another code.
Music on hold and prompts
One library holds spoken prompts and music on hold. Upload WAV, MP3 or Ogg (up to 25 MiB and 10 minutes); the server converts it to telephone audio. A file that a menu or queue uses cannot be deleted until you point those at another file.
