These pages are for the person who runs the installation.

Alerts and log levels​

Admin, Alerts is the in-app alert centre. It raises the same alerts under the same names as the optional Prometheus rules, so you can use either. Admin, Logging changes the log level while the server runs, without a restart, and shows the access audit.

Network doctor​

Admin, Network doctor (and the command mpbx doctor) checks ports, NAT and certificates and explains what is wrong, so problems are found before a customer calls.

Observability​

The server always exposes Prometheus metrics on port 9464 (prefix mpbx_, no per-call labels). An optional bundle adds Prometheus and Grafana dashboards.

Storage​

Admin, Storage shows what each company stores (recordings, voicemail, files) and lets the system administrator set a quota per company. Alerts warn at a percentage you choose.

Upgrades and rollback​

MonoPbx upgrades directly from up to two releases back on its channel (stable, beta or nightly). The rollback command asks for the snapshot id and never drops data. See Backup and restore before an upgrade.

Support bundle​

Admin, Support creates a diagnostics archive that is safe to send to the vendor and can capture the SIP trace of one call.

Companies​

One installation can host several companies. Each company's data is separated by the tenant layer and row-level security. System administrators create and suspend companies on Admin, Companies.

Languages and branding​

MonoPbx ships nine languages (English, Spanish (Mexico), Portuguese (Brazil), French, German, Italian, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Japanese). Admin, Languages lets you add any other left-to-right language or correct a shipped string. Admin, Branding sets the company's name and logo.

Privacy requests​

A company administrator with settings:write can export or erase what the PBX holds about one person on Admin, Privacy: count first, then export as JSON, then erase. Backups keep the person's data until they expire.

E-mail, API keys and activation​

Admin, E-mail sets the provider that sends voicemail and notification mail. Admin, API keys creates keys for integrations (see API getting started). Activation records the installation's licence state; it does not switch features off.
