What is in GA 1.0
GA 1.0 adds these features on top of the Alpha and Beta releases: AI (bring your own key), the omnichannel inbox with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and live chat, one-to-one video, CarPlay and Android Auto, the visual call-flow designer, fax, and Multi Company.
